Karen, there are no words to convey how grateful we are to you for all the work you put into helping make our day as beautiful and as special as it was.
After months of planning, it was a complete relief to hand over the reigns to someone we trusted would do everything in their power to ensure that everything came to fruition.
Your extensive experience in event management and the many complimentary things we had heard about your service and attention to detail prior to the day did not do you justice. Although we enlisted you initially as our on-the-day coordinator you went above and beyond assisting us in months of preparation to ensure that the day went as planned - nothing was too much trouble for you. I am a self-confessed control freak but after initial discussions with you, your enthusiasm, confidence and knowledge in the field assured us that we were making the right choice in selecting you and we had every confidence that you would be the perfect person to execute all our plans on our special day.
Please know that from the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful for everything you did for us.
